This site is run by Toure Marketing, a DBA of Abou Consulting Corp, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. "We", "us" and "our" mean Toure Marketing. You can reach us at abou@touremarketing.com.
2. What you agree to
By signing up for the tutorial or using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.
3. The tutorial is free
The Free Google Business Profile Setup Tutorial (2 videos and a checklist) costs nothing. No purchase is required, and we don't ask for a credit card. It is educational content only. It is not legal, tax, or professional advice.
4. No guarantees
We can't promise any result. We don't guarantee rankings, calls, leads, or revenue. How your profile performs depends on your business, your area, your competitors, your reviews, and how Google decides to rank things. Following the tutorial is up to you and you do it at your own risk.
5. Google changes things
Google updates its policies, rules, and screens often. Steps in the videos or checklist may look different or stop working over time. Google also decides whether to verify, suspend, or reinstate a profile. We don't control that and we aren't responsible for Google's decisions.
6. Who owns the content
The videos, checklist, copy, branding, and design belong to Toure Marketing. You can use the tutorial for your own business. You can't resell it, share the links publicly, copy it, or hand it out to others, and you can't present it as your own work.
7. Emails and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Toure Marketing about your free tutorial and follow-up tips.

Don't use this site to send spam, break into anything, or interfere with how it works. Give us accurate information when you sign up.
9. Third-party tools
We use outside tools such as GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for forms, email, and texts, and Google and Meta tools for analytics and ads. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for them.
10. No warranties
The tutorial and this site are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limit of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Toure Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, that come from using the tutorial or this site. Because the tutorial is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.
12. Disputes and governing law
Email abou@touremarketing.com first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the dispute will be handled under the laws applicable to Toure Marketing's principal place of business in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
